Liberty is granted to the petitioner to take police assistance, if such circumstances so warrant. The payment for such police assistance be borne by the petitioner.

In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner has been substantially redressed. Nothing survives in this writ petition.

In view of the above, WPA 13263 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to mention this matter if there is any hindrance obstruction in providing the above connection either by the CESC Limited or by the private respondents. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.)
