Let said report along with death certificate be kept on record.

The petitioner No.1 as well as opposite party No. 1 are present in Court today. Their personal appearance is noted and dispensed with.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate for the opposite party No. 2undertakes to file vakalatnama during the course of the day. The report submitted by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Baruipur, South Parganas dated 20.09.2023 as forwarded by the District Judge, South 24 Parganas stated that the G.R. Case No. 3625 of 2010 arising out of Sonarpur Police Station Case No. 876/2010 has been disposed of on 20.07.2013 whereby the accused persons were acquitted under Section 248(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Let the said report be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the Department and learned trial court for information.
