The instant revisional application has been filed being aggrieved by an order dated 20.06.2011 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldia, Purba Medinipur in Misc. Case No. 35/2010 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Perused the content of the revisional application as well as the impugned order. The impugned order is reasoned and the petitioner herein has not disputed the marriage with the opposite party. The impugned order does not suffer from any illegality or impropriety and this Court does not inclined to interfere with the same.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is dismissed.

Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for information.
