1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has prayed for anticipatory bail by submitting, inter alia, that the allegation of cheating of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) was leveled against him only out of total amount of Rs.15,00,000/-(Rupees Fifteen Lakh) which has been misappropriated.

2. It is also submitted that the other co-accused persons are involved in commission of the offence and his liability is only to the extent of Rs.30,000/-(Rupees Thirty Thousand).

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail by referring to the case diary and the materials collected during investigation.

4. In these circumstances, considering the nature of offence and the materials available in the case diary as well as pending

investigation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Thus, the prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.

6. Accordingly, CRM(A) 2029 of 2025 stands disposed of.

7. All parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of the Court.

8. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
