The petitioners seek parity with the co-accused who have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court earlier. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the said fact.

In view of the fact that the petitioners are similarly circumstanced with the co-accused who have been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioners deserve the same benefit. Accordingly, this Court directs that in the event of arrest, the petitioners namely Hakful Sk @ Haqueful Sk, Saheb Sk and Sahadat Sk @ Munna Sk be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.5000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. The petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail is thus disposed of.
