Das ...for the private respondents The private respondents/son and daughterin-law are represented in Court today. There appears to be some truth in the allegation of the mother/petitioner that the daughter-in-law and son have been continuing abuse and threat after the police constable had left. As on the date of the enquiry based of the petitioners' complaint, the Officer of the Bankura Police Station found that the petitioners were not there. They had gone to attend a family wedding. The private respondents/daughter in law and son are represented through counsel, who has given an unconditional undertaking before this

Court that his client shall not harass, disturb or threaten to the writ petitioners.

The writ petitioners shall likewise be more tolerant towards son and daughter-in-law at home.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Liberty to mention in the event costs are not paid.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
