AND In the matter of:- Smt. Mantu Banerjee (Bairagi) ... petitioner The revisional application was preferred against the order dated 18.03.2013, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, First Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas in connection with M. Ex No.13 of 2011.
The order reflects that the learned Magistrate pursuant to the direction of the Hon'ble High Court in C.R.R.2706 of 2012 was pleased to direct the petitioner to deposit the sum of Rs.50,000/- in the cash department of the Court. As such, order was passed by the learned Magistrate pursuant to the direction passed by the High Court, I find that there is no illegality in the impugned order. Accordingly, no interference is called for.
C.R.R.1348 of 2013 is dismissed.
Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
