Heard learned counsels for the parties.

I have considered the material on record.

Though no fake Indian currency note was recovered from the petitioner, an amount of Rs. 40,000/- was transferred in his account by one of the co-accused and the petitioner thereafter transferred Rs. 39,500/- from his account to the account of another person.

Considering the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
