Mr. Radhamohan Ray ... for the WBSEDCL The appeal is directed against the interlocutory order of the learned Single Judge dated 12th August, 2021 passed in WPA 12588 of 2021.

The order reflects that considering the grievance of the petitioners about restoration of electricity, the learned Single Judge had granted four weeks time to file affidavit-in-opposition and had granted further two weeks time to the petitioners to file affidavit-in-reply and further observed that thereafter the writ petition will be treated as ready for hearing and also granted liberty to mention.

Learned counsel for the respondents has pointed out that the affidavit-in-opposition has already been filed by the respondents in the writ petition and copy thereof

has been served to counsel for the petitioners, but affidavit-in-reply has not been filed by the appellants. Having regard to the aforesaid, we are of the opinion that the order passed by the learned Single Judge is a reasonable order and in pursuant thereto the petitioners are at liberty to mention. Therefore, at this stage no case for interference in the impugned order in the present appeal is made out.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
