The writ petition has appeared under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner for correcting an apparent typographical mistake in the first paragraph at the second page of the order dated July 2, 2025.

Both the learned counsel appearing today before this Court for the parties have agreed for the correction and indicated this Court that the typographical error was there. Accordingly, in place of "Commandant, CISF Unit, DSP, Durgapur", the corrected expression shall be "the

Inspector General of Police, Head Quarters, South Bengal Frontier, BSF, Action Area-II(E), New Town, Rajarhat.

By consent of the parties, the above correction is incorporated and should be read into the said order dated July 2, 2025.

The rest of the order dated July 2, 2025 remains unaltered and without any modification.
