1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. This is a dispute between the mother-in-law and the daughter-in-law. The present petitioner being the daughterin-law is stated to have been driven by the informant from her house since 2019. Charge-sheet in the case is stated to have been filed.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner and completion of the investigation and the fact that the petitioner is a lady, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srirampore, Hooghly within 15 days from today in connection with Jangipara P.S. case No. 66 of 2023 dated 24.02.2023. On her appearance and application for bail the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. The learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate is directed to act on the server copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
