The innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of the complaint case being number C/1705/2010 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Alipore, South 24- Parganas.

It is submitted on behalf of the parties that out of 2 witnesses, the cross-examination of 1 witness is in progress. In view of the fact that the matter is pending before the learned Trial Court since 2010, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Alipore, South 24- Parganas is directed to dispose of the matter within six months from the next date of hearing fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either party, in accordance with law.

CRR No. 2135 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.
