1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. One Sk. Rohul is stated to have mounted the assault on the victim while the present petitioner and others are stated to have instigated the aforesaid Sk. Rohul to go and assault. Charge-sheet in the case is stated to have been filed.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, nature of allegation against him and completion of the investigation, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur within 15 days from today in connection with Nandakumar P.S. case No. 0289 dated 24.07.2022. On his appearance and application for bail the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate is directed to act on the server copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
