The revisional application has been preferred by the petitioner praying for expeditious disposal of pending applications since 2019 before the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Kolkata.

It appears from the impugned order that the Court has kept the said applications pending. The SA before the Debts Recovery Tribunal in which the pending applications are to be heard is numbered as 59 of 2019. Seven long years have passed. Neither the applications nor the proceedings have been concluded. 3.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of with the direction that the Debts Recovery TribunalI, Kolkata shall make all endeavour to dispose of the pending applications I.A.s within 30 days from the date of communication of this order.

The Tribunal is also directed to dispose of the SA expeditiously preferably within three months from the date of communication of this order.

CO 1888 of 2024 is disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

8.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
