Ray Mukherjee, learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor no. 4, submits that the order, the violation of which is the subject of the present contempt application, was challenged in an intra-court appeal. The appeal has been disposed of, affirming the order of this Court.

Mr. Bhattacharya, learned senior advocate representing the applicant, concurs with the contention advanced by Mr. Ray Mukherjee. He points out that a typographical error has inadvertently crept into the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench. He further submits that the matter has been brought to the notice of the Hon'ble Division Bench and that some time is required for the error to be rectified. He prays that the matter be adjourned for the time being.

In view thereof, list this matter for further consideration under the heading "To Be Mentioned" on 15th May, 2025.
