The petitioner has complained that his representation before the University about the private respondent no.9 having being simultaneously employed in a school as well as a University has not been taken into account.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.9 raises an initial point of non-maintainability inasmuch as the petitioner does not have any locus to file this application. Upon query, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is neither an employee of the concerned school nor of the University. She had, however, lodged a criminal complaint earlier against the respondent no.9 on which an FIR was lodged.

It does not appear that the petitioner has any locus to move this application. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, however, without any order as to costs.
