Petitioner is in custody for more than one year and two months.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that charge sheet in this case was submitted by the police.

Learned advocate for the State submits that prayer for bail of the co-accused was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench on September 8,2021. He draws attention of this court to the statement recorded under section 161 Cr.P.C.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials available in the case diary and since the petitioner apparently is on the same footing as that of the other co-accused whose prayer for bail was rejected earlier by a co-ordinate Bench, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
