The writ petitioner participated in the de novo selection process of 2012 conducted by the DPSC, North 24 Parganas. The writ petition has been filed on 10th August, 2021.

Hence, the petitioner is entitled to the benefit of the order dated 25th April, 2024 passed in WPA 20966 of 2022 (Kakali Mondal & Ors.

Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.) as corrected on 30th April, 2024 on the same terms and conditions as indicated therein.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
