Nothing was preplanned. The incident occurred in the heat of the moment. The petitioner is in custody for 102 days.
The State opposes the prayer for bail and says that the victim girl received 45% burn injury. However, charge-sheet has already been submitted upon completion of investigation. In view of the aforesaid, we do not see any further need of detaining the petitioner in custody.
