We have considered the materials on record.
Petitioner and co-accused i.e. his brother were dealing in narcotics. Petitioner fled away from the spot at the time of recovery.
Keeping in mind the aforesaid materials on record and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
