The Court is approached under Article 227 of the Constitution of India soliciting a direction to ensure expeditious disposal of a Matrimonial Suit being Mat. Suit No.275 of 2021, now pending before the learned Additional District Judge, First Court at Durgapur, Paschim Bardhaman.

In view of the nature of the order being proposed to be made in this case, and also regard being had to the pendency of this case, the point requires to be addressed is very short and simple requiring no extensive hearing, which may even be disposed of without inviting presence of the opposite party.

Accordingly, service upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

Learned Court below is directed to dispose of the pending matrimonial suit as expeditiously as possible, after disposing of the interlocutory

applications, if any, pending and also after providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties, but without granting unnecessary adjournments, so that logical conclusion of this case may be reached at an early date.

Petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the learned Court below as well as the opposite party and their learned Advocate appearing for the suit in the court below.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent xerox certified copy of this order be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
