Case No.50 of 2019 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chinsurah, Hooghly to any Court of competent jurisdiction at Sealdah on the ground of her personal inconvenience.

The opposite party is represented by Ms. Riya De, learned advocate.

The learned advocate for the opposite party frankly submits that the opposite party has no objection and difficulty if said Misc. Case No.50 of 2019 be transferred to a Court of a competent jurisdiction at Sealdah. On behalf of the opposite party the learned advocate has prayed that the

transferee Court may be directed to expedite the hearing of the application under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure so that the trial of the case may be concluded at an early date.

In view of such submission and no objection made by the learned for the opposite party, Misc. Case No.50 of 2019 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chinsurah, Hooghly be transferred to the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Sealdah with a direction that the learned Magistrate shall take all endeavour to conclude the hearing of the said Misc. Case within ten months from the date of receipt of the record. The instant revision is accordingly disposed of. The parties are at liberty to act on the server copy of this order.
