1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. Out of three victims of attack one is stated to have sustained simple injury, another is stated to have suffered fractured injury on thumb and yet another has suffered a simple cut injury on his head. Charge-sheet is stated to have been filed in the meantime.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners, nature of injury sustained by the victims, completion of charge-sheet, it is directed that each of the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lalbagh, Murshidabad within 15 days from today in connection with Islampur P.S. case No. 133 of 2023 dated 08.04.2023. On their appearance and application for bail each of the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. The learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate is directed to

act on the server copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
