State has submitted a report which reflects an order dated 15.07.2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr.

Divn.), 2nd Court, Rampurhat, Birbhum in connection with T. Ex. Case No.- 1 of 2018, wherein, the learned Judge was pleased to stay the execution proceeding until further orders. Consequently, the present writ petition, which was filed for implementation of the order of the learned Civil Judge for which costs were deposited for police assistance, at this stage,

becomes infructuous.

If the petitioners are aggrieved after depositing the cost; for refund of any cost, the petitioners would apply the same before the appropriate authorities who would dispose of the same and take steps in accordance with law. At this stage, no interference is called for from this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14540 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
