Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties submits that the Title Execution Case, being T. Ex. Case No. 87 of 2017 in respect of which the present application has been preferred, has already been disposed of by the Court below vide order dated 16th February, 2019, accordingly, the present application has become infructuous. The revisional application, being C.O. 2256 of 2018 is dismissed being infructuous.

Let copy of the order dated 16th February, 2017 passed in T. Ex. Case No. 87 of 2017 be kept with the record.

Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. There will be no order as to costs.
