It is submitted that no narcotic substance was seized from his possession. Statement of witnesses particularly those of BSF personnel show petitioner and co-accused were throwing plastic bottles containing narcotic substances across the border. They were arrested from the spot. In view of the aforesaid materials prima facie disclosing conscious possession of the narcotic substance which had been seized, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
