Learned counsel for the State has filed the report of S.I., Arabinda Kr. Saha, Electronics Complex PS duly been forwarded by Inspector-in-charge Electronics Complex, Bidhannagar P.C.. Let it be taken on record. Learned counsel submits that as per investigation the role of the present petitioners are confined to Section 201 IPC.

In view of the report being filed and submission let the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the
learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar. The petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on each and every date of substantive hearing subject to the provisions of Section 317 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Section 355 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and shall not intimidate the witnesses and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.

In the event the petitioner fails to comply with any of the conditions stipulated above, the trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.

The application for bail being CRM(M) 760 of 2025 is, thus, disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all usual requisite formalities.
