The petitioner by the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is praying a direction upon the executing Court below for expeditious disposal of the M. Execution Case No. 141 of 2014.

It appears from record that the notice of the execution case has not yet been served upon the judgment-debtors, the direction as prayed for at this stage is not warranted. C.O 1558 of 2021 is disposed of with the above observation without any order as to costs.
