Accordingly, he prays for bail. Report is placed on record. From the report it appears one witness has been examined.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a deaf and dumb lady. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
