After some argument, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the civil court where the title suits are pending. Heard the learned advocates for the respondents.

In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

It is, however, made clear that in the event the petitioner approaches the proper forum, it will be open to the respondent authorities to raise all objections as against the reliefs claimed by the petitioner against the respondent authorities. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
