The validity of the appointment of respondent no. 12 as a Teacher-in-Charge of Ghutiary Sharif SSGMNS, Senior Madrasah, District: 24 Parganas (South) is under challenge in the present writ petition.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 10 and 11 submits that the respondent no. 12 has been removed from the said post and the Managing Committee of the Madrasah has been reconstituted.

In view of such development, the writ petition being WPA 14070 of 2021 has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
