The father of the petitioner gifted a piece of land for establishment of Darul Salam Madhyamik Siksha Kendra, Kakdwip, District South 24 Pgs. The petitioner in lieu of such gift is praying for appointment in the said Madrasah. The prayer is absolutely misconceived.

WPA 13408 of 2023 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
