Petitioner is the father-in-law and respondent no.4 is a daughter-in-law. Both of them are fighting against each other in respect of a property for usage of the same.

In view of an alternative and efficacious remedy being available, I am not inclined to invoke the jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Accordingly, WPA 13274 of is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
