Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for about a year. There was no possibility of trial on June 24, 2021. The fact that charge sheet was submitted was not brought to the notice of the Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that there is no material change in facts and circumstances from June 24, 2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances and considering the materials available in the case diary and

considering the fact that there is no material change in circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to petitioner. CRM 5921 of 2021 is dismissed.
