The petitioner's grievance is that the private respondent has raised construction by encroaching public land and has thereby obstructed the ingress and egress of the petitioner. The petitioner filed a representation before respondent no.3 ventilating his grievance on 20th July, 2021 but such representation has not been considered till date. The petitioner prays for consideration of the said representation. Upon hearing learned counsels appearing for the parties and considering the material on record, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 20th July, 2021 within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order after giving an

opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties including the petitioner, in accordance with law. With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA 14159 of 2021 is disposed of. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Since no affidavit-in-opposition is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted.
