In RE: CAN 1 of 2026:

This is intervention application by certain persons who claim to be similarly situated as the present petitioner. They are also teaching in the same Madrasah. I am not inclined to entertain any intervention application in a contempt proceeding.

CAN 1 of 2026 stands dismissed.

However, this will not prevent the applicants from approaching the appropriate forum for enforcement of any right that they may have in accordance with law. (Arijit Banerjee, J.)
