2. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the victim and the petitioner have married each other. In such backdrop, he seeks for confirmation of the interim bail granted on 8th July, 2025.

3. Learned Advocates for the State and the de facto complainant inform the Court that the marriage between the petitioner and the victim has been solemnized.

4. In view of the above, the interim bail granted on 8th July, 2025 is confirmed subject to conditions imposed in the order dated 8th July, 2025.

5. The application for bail being CRM (M) 739 of 2025 is disposed of.
