Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties.

Condition of anticipatory bail imposed on the petitioner to meet the investigation officer once in a month until further orders is waived. He shall, however, appear before the court below on every date of hearing and shall not tamper with evidence or intimidate witnesses in any manner whatsoever.

If he fails to appear before the trial court without justifiable cause, the trial court shall be at liberty to cancel his bail automatically without reference to this court.

Other conditions of anticipatory bail imposed on the petitioner shall, however, continue.

Accordingly, application being CRAN 2 of 2022 is disposed of.
