It appears that the petitioner/applicant has complied with the conditions as incorporated in the order dated 15th September, 2021. There is no adverse report against the applicant. The applicant appeared before the learned court below and obtained regular bail. Subsequent thereto upon completion of investigation, charge sheet has also been submitted.

In view thereof, the condition as incorporated in the order dated 15th September, 2021 to the effect that 'the petitioner shall meet the Investigation Officer once in a week until further orders', is waived. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
