Chatterjee, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that at the time of admission of the revisional application, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.45,000/-, which was deposited. The petitioner is seeking time to deposit the remaining amount of Rs.60,000/- before the learned Trial Court within four weeks. The matter is pending for the last seventeen years. Under such circumstances, I am inclined to dispose of the revisional application by giving liberty to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/- by 28.4.2023 with the learned Trial Court. With this observation, the criminal revision is disposed of along with application, if any.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned Trial Court for information and necessary action.
