Mr. Chatterjee, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners fairly submits that the subject matter of the writ petition comes within the purview of the administrative tribunal set up under Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

Mr. Ray Mukherjee, learned counsel appears on behalf of the State-respondents.

In such view of the matter, WPA 13425 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the writ petition.

Parties will be at liberty to proceed before the appropriate Tribunal in accordance with law.

Since no affidavits have been directed to be exchanged in the writ petition, the allegations

contained therein are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.
