Petitioners complained to the Officer-incharge, Mongalkote Police Station on or about 28.04.2023 that the private respondents are dangerous persons who are forcefully trying to grab the property of the petitioners and in case the petitioners tried to resist the act and action of the private respondents there is every possibility that the petitioners would be murdered. However, in spite of informing the concerned police authorities no steps have been taken.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the petitioners and the private respondents had been cultivating the property for a considerable period of time and the property belonged to their ancestors.

Be that as it may, this Court would not entertain or interfere with any dispute which is civil in nature. However, if the petitioners feel insure because of the aggression of the private respondents they would inform the police station and as is reflected from the report so submitted by the Inspector-in-charge, Mongalkote Police Station necessary assistance so far as it relates to breach of peace and security of the petitioner is concerned would be rendered by the police authorities.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 13426 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
