1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.
2. Charge-sheet is stated to have been filed. The injured is stated to have been discharged from the hospital after treatment of two days and the injury sustained by the victim is not opined to be grievous.
3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners, genesis of events and completion of investigation in the meantime, it is directed that each of the petitioners is directed to appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Paschim Medinipur, within 15 days from today in connection with G.R. Case No. 3284 of 2021 arising out of Debra Police Station Case No. 580 of 2021 dated 16.11.2021. On their appearance and application for bail each of the petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
4. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
5. The application being CRM (A) 2290 of 2023 is disposed of.
