Learned advocate for the petitioner draws attention of the Court to the time when the medical examination was done and the statement recorded under section 161 Cr.P.C. He contends that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. of the victim girl. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C., we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
