Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner complains that there has been interference at the behest of the private respondents for smooth egress and ingress at the property of the petitioner.

State has submitted a report which reflects that proceedings have been drawn up under Sections 126/135 of BNSS.

In view of the police authorities having taken steps, they would oversee that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondent nos. 12, 13 and 14.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 13432 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
