The petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner was a de facto complainant in a criminal complaint lodged before the respondent no. 3court. 3.

However, several orders passed in the said proceeding have not been uploaded on the official website of the said Court, that is, the Barrackpore Court, District:North 24-Parganas. That apart, certified copies of the orders applied for by the petitioner have not been issued.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents, in his usual fairness, submits that although there is some delay in the uploading of the

orders, the application for certified copy was made only on May 15, 2024, whereas the present writ petition has been affirmed only two days thereafter, as such, leaving no time for the respondents to issue the certified copy.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, W.P.A. No. 14565 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to ensure that all orders of all the courts under the supervision of the respondent no. 2, that is, the learned District and Sessions Judge, North 24-Parganas, including the court concerned, are uploaded regularly, positively within forty-eight hours from the orders being passed.

6. That apart, the respondents shall also ensure that the certified copy applied for by the petitioner is issued to the petitioner, subject to compliance of due formalities by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within June 20, 2024.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
