Siddiqui, Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee ...for the respondents It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner is restricting his prayer to a direction on the Tribunal to dispose of O.A. No. 525 of 2021 (LRTT) expeditiously in view of the long pendency of the representation of the petitioner before the BL & LRO.

In view of such innocuous prayer, which is not seriously opposed by the respondents, W.P.L.R.T. 37 of 2021 is disposed of by requesting the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal, Kolkata, to dispose of O.A. No. 525 of 2021 (LRTT), pending before it, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within November 15, 2021.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
