1. By way of filing this public interest litigation petition the petitioner alleges that certain persons have filled up a water body. Admittedly, the water body is a private water body. It is not clear as to in what manner the petitioner would be aggrieved, more particularly, when allegations have not been specifically made. In any event, the petitioner is granted liberty to pursue his representation before the 5th respondent by appearing in person and submit a copy of the mass petition along with a copy of this order. If the same is done the authority shall dispose of the representation on merits and in accordance with law after notice to all concerned as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
