Petitioner complains that his title deed has been forged and the same is used by the private respondents and in spite of informing the police authorities no steps have been taken.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Usthi PS Case No. 286/25 has already been registered on the basis of the information furnished by the petitioner.

In view of the steps being taken by the Usthi Police Station, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. The investigating agency will take the investigation of the case to its logical conclusion by putting in their efforts.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 13291 of 2025 is disposed of.
