The learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it is a false complaint after a matrimonial suit was instituted. 2.

The learned Counsel for the State in opposing the prayer for anticipatory bail, has produced the suicide note of the deceased.

3. Considering the statement in the suicide note directly implicationg the petitioner for the suicide, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. 5.

CRM (A) 1826 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of.
